Password Reset Blank Screen – undefined function

Hi there

First off – thanks for great plugin, and an excellent stream of support that you provide for it. It makes a huge difference!

One challenge that I am having is that the password reset function seems to be redirecting to a blank page.
After enabling debugging, I have found the following error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_password_reset_key() in /wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/includes/class-theme-my-login.php on line 1153

Ive tried with custom template and without.
