    Hi,

    Please make sure the user has permission to sell the products. To do that for individual user go to wp-admin->users->edit user then checked “Enable Selling” option.

    Hello,

    Sorry for my previous reply. I mistakenly replied wrong. Here is the correct instruction.

    wp-admin->Dokan->Settings->Selling Options then select the option “Published” for “New Product Status”.
