Email sharing failure using Jetpack

Hi, everyone,
I’m trying to get Jetpack email sharing to work on our site. Whenever I try to share a post using the email link, nothing happens, and ‘msg=fail’ appears in the URL.
Here is one of the posts with the email share link at the upper-right:
