Shipping for Multiple items

I need help with shipping setup for my WooCommerce site.
How do I set up shipping so that when there are multiple items in the cart, shipping is charged for each item.
Right now when someone orders multiple items, shipping is charged for only one item as if all the other items have free shipping.
If anyone can point me to the right direction, it would be most appreciated.
