Switching PHP versions – any problems to be aware of?

    Hi guys,

    I’m embarking on a new WP project and I want to use PHP 7, as it’s available to me on my development hosting. Trouble is, I’ve no idea if PHP 7 will be available on the clients live hosting package, and right now I won’t be able to get thatanswer for a few weeks.

    Will I run into any issues if it turns out the client server doesn’t have PHP 7 and uses PHP 5.6 instead?
