I’ve noticed that the checkbox values for one field are not storing in the backend. I’ve tried changing the data type to a radio button and it’s still not working, however I have numerous other radio button fields on the same form and they all store data just fine.

I can’t see anything wrong with my checkbox values and how i’ve laid them out. I did try a test with other values like A,B,C,D but that didn’t have an effect either. Here’s what i currently have in the backend as the values:
Conflicting business priorities,I am not the right person to attend,Budget constraints,Location not suitable

    Please help ??

    Hi Rana,

Is there any selection of values that is working (ie: Conflicting business priorities works, but the other don’t or something like that)? Do you have a link to your registration form we could check out to see if the HTML is being created properly?

    Hello sir,

Sadly none of the values in the selection above is working. It’s strange because the issue seems aligned to the overall field (ie, still an issue if i change the values) regardless of how the options are entered.

Do you have an email address please where i can send you the details and a username/password etc?

    Hi Rana,

It looks like there may be an issue with escaping the long input. We responded to your email.

    Thank you

Hi Etoile, I’ve removed the single quote mark as mentioned in your email, however it’s still not saving the value sadly.

    Hi Rana,

Thank you for getting back to us. Could you please try naming the field to something with just one word, so we can see if there is an issue with the length of the field?

    All sorted now sir.

You were right, it worked by reducing the field to one word. I then reworded the sentence to be shorter and it’s now working.

Many thanks for your help ??
