Messages are failing to send

Hi! My clients’ contact form isn’t working correctly. This is the page – https://www.sarahsharpe.ca/contact/
Every time someone uses the form they get the “FAILED TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY LATER OR CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR BY ANOTHER METHOD” message.
I’ve set it up to where the from email is her own email address, and I can’t figure out why messages aren’t sending.
The host is Bluehost.
