How to figure out FTP host name?

FTP Password :Hi I’m trying to install a wordpres splugin for the first time, how do i find out what my Hostname is?
Since I’m on a server it does not show me my domain name, instead it shows the file path to the current page im on
e.g.https://192.111.147.45/~files/wordpress-4.4.2/wordpress/wp-admin/
