    Hey there,

    You have some js errors on your site, so likely is an incompatibility with your theme/plugins, try to deactivate all the plugins, activate it one by one and see which one is causing the errors :).

    i deactivate plugin one by one but still same problem
    yes, comment rating working when i deactivate plugin super socializer, but main rating still not working

    Hey,

    Could you try to put the shortcode somewhere else in the post? If it works somewhere else but not in the spot where you’ve entered it, then it’s an issue with the plugin that you’re using for it.
