Adding customers contact info in a message to staff/admin

That’s the right tag you should have in the email template.

What exactly are you getting as staff member? Do you get the Client Name legend without the client’s name?

I would like to include the name, email and phone number to the message. Now, the name is not the one I typed in the booking info. It collects the name “testi” elsewhere, I used this name before as one of the staff-members (test)names.

Any hints?

Are you using the latest version of the plugin.

The email information should work with the last version, however, we haven’t implemented the phone number. Don’t worry, we can include it for you.

First, update your plugin and check if the email is being included.
