CGI Error with IIs server

    Greetings… i have tired everything to get my install to work. Tech support at my host comapny swears everthing is ok. My host uses PHP 4.3.10 and Mysql 4.1.14. with IIs.

    I get this error

    CGI Error
    The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

    Any help would be appreciated!
