Administrative access

I can’t get into my wordpress site. I have the correct username, I try every password I’ve had and none of them work. I clicked to reset the password by sending me an e-mail, I never receive the e-mail… I’ve tried using my e-mail which i know is the correct. Alternately I’ve tried my correct user name and still no e-mail from WP. Do I have an other alternatives to resetting my password?

Can I somehow uninstall WP from my cpanel and start from scratch. I’m very frustrated.
