Support needed to customise style of form

I love this plugin in general and it seems to do the job to a T which is why we invested in it and purchased the premium plugin.

That said however there are a few minor customisations I would like to make to the style of the form as well as remove the limit of downloads allowed per user (over and above the maximum 10 downloads permitted per user)

I’m not a developer and I would need the custom CSS code sent to me for the style of form we would like to see (it’s actually simpler in appearance to what the form currently is)

I sent a message with an image of how exactly we would like the form to appear but so far have not heard back from anyone. It’s been 2 working days.

Support needed urgently as I need to report back on developments to my boss.
