display problems in IE 11

    Hi.
    I really like the Health theme, but there are display issues with IE11:
    – the header logo is squashed to about 1/4 of its width
    – I have installed FS Contact Form and
    – the Captcha image is stretched about 4 times its height
    – the Reset image is also enlarged

    Everything else looks and works well.
    *The same site on davidcarroll.com.au/dam looks ok on IE11?!

    Any suggestions as to where to start looking?

    Further explorations:
    I added the troublesome image to a page – same result: the image is compressed horizontally the same as when it is the header logo.
    I can’t see in the css or various php files where I cou7ld alter or specify the width – I have tried various places but it makes no difference.
    I have also tried removing the file and uploading a different version with a different name – nothing doing.
