    Hi Jessica,
    Thanks for your message.

    That’s very strange.
    One possibility is that you’ve added multiple users and user roles to the notification, causing it to be sent to 10 people.

    Can you install the Email Log plugin and see if you can work out who and why the emails are being sent?

    No sorry, maybe my explanation was a bit confusing.

    Yes, I use email sending by role, customers.
    They receive the same messagge 10 times in the same hour-minute-second

    ps I’m using a smtp services so I see every email send.
    This problem envolve only article publish. Not (for example) forum replies

    Hi Jessica,
    Ok. I recommend installing and using the Postman SMTP plugin and configuring it to work with your SMTP service so that you can log the emails that are going out.

    I haven’t hear doc this happening in any other situation so it’s possible that the issue is related to the SMTP service.

    Can you do this then let me know if the problem has resolved itself?

    This is happening to me too. Not consistently, but today I got 6 notifications, all identical. The other notifications were fine.
