    Hi,

I can not send newsletter with sendpress.

To try to solve this problem, I installed the Postman SMTP to configure sending mode, with the Postaman I had success. I can send ONLY test emails to any email server, only test email to any server, but when I send newsletter to my list of subscribers the emails don’t arrive.

I want send newsletter (obviously rsrs)

Is there some setting that I can do?

    Hi,

do you still have Postman SMTP configured and emails still dont get sent?

also could you turn on the logs. they are under setttings > advanced. This should give a menu item called SPNL Logs. Hopefully we can find an error logged here. below is a screen shot of the setting

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I activated the SPNL logs. My Postman SMTP is configured. Inside of Postman SMTP I can send emails normally. But, in Sendpress this happens:

1- I CAN send only emails of test: https://imgur.com/SkgfDLH
    * In emails of test, I can send emails for all servers(gmail, outlook, yahoo…)

    2- I CAN’T send newsletter: https://imgur.com/7tQ5hRm
    * However, he only sends emails that are on my server, ex:

    List of subscribers:
[email protected] – The email don’t arrives.
[email protected] – The email don’t arrives.
    – john@”myserver”.com – The email arrives.

When I send the emails for my list os subscribers, the sendpress sends normally and don’t show any error.

    Can you understand my problem?

    HI dev999,

Would you be able to provide your url and maybe a login so i can see what is going on. You can email [email protected] to open a ticket in out support system.

    Thanks,
    Josh

I discovered the problem. The problema was in the “system of send”,

    System Starter and Responsive Starter.

My sendpress was configured in Responsive Starter, when I changed for “System Starter” the emails were sent correctly.

Can you tell why this conflict? Why the Responsive Starter bug my Sendpress, but the “System Starter” works perfectly?

Could be from an upgrade that made a mistake. You can delete all the responsive and starter templates and there’s a button to reinstall the correct ones. Hope that helps.
