• Longform posts and pages on my website (www.crystal-chan.com) are showing up compressed into a small column on the left-hand side of mobile devices. The header logo fills the width of the screen on mobile, but everything else – header, body, footer – are showing up in a small thin column. Is this a problem with theme across board?

    Hi there,

seems that you have already changed Longform to other theme. Let me know if you still need help.

    Hi Madars,

No I did not. I am still using Longform. Will you fix the bugs to Longform soon?
When you go to my site on mobile, it takes you to another design, and you must click “go to full site” to see the Longform design. These posts were part of a longer thread that explained all this. Can you fix this please Cohhe?

The website on the link you provided doesn’t use Longform theme. I’m checking it from PC.

Are you using latest Longform? We recently released an update which addressed some responsiveness issues that we were aware off. If you are still experiencing the issue with latest theme version then please post a screenshot and we will fix it in next theme update.

@cohhe (Madars) we have same type of problem….. have latest LongformPro.

mobile devices only (LG & SAMSUNG) 60% width content + 40% (looks like 20% doubled) empty space. only item that seems to be full size is QUOTE component (yet that has errors too, very hard to read the error).

I can replicate on cell, can not replicate on desktop (where it would be helpful)

a work-around fix would be GREAT. a permanent fix, even better for all.

    Regards,

    Robert
