Meta Description Issue

Hi ,

I add the Meta Descriptions and Title on my homepage https://www.mauriziopittau.it via the Bulk editor. Now the Titles and the descriptions appear 3 time on my on page (see view-source:https://www.mauriziopittau.it/).

How can remove the extra tags?
