    Hi Thomas,

I updated Lifterlms to version 2.1.1, but I could only save membership leve1 after I disabled the plugin Sidekick. Now I can not save the codes for membership leve2.

    I added in config.php the code: define ( ‘LLMS_LOAD DEPRECATED’, false);

    Hey Projete,

Is this the Sidekick you’re referring to?

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sidekick/

I just downloaded the latest and see no obvious conflicts with LifterLMS.

I was able to both create and save new memberships as well as update existing memberships.

Can you open your console and see if any errors are reported on screen please. Here’s a quick guide how to open the console on chrome: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/debug/console/console-ui#opening-the-console

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I installed my site with the same configuration on another server PHP 5.5 and everything worked well. I changed the php configuration of my server to 5.5 and the codes were saved. It is possible to conclude that Lifterlms there is some conflict with PHP 5.6

    Hey Projete,

After replicating your environment as closely as I can I really don’t see any fundamental issues.

LifterLMS runs without issue on 5.6, that’s our preferred environment since that’s the minimum WordPress itself recommends (at least last time I checked, I don’t think that’s changed recently).

It would be really helpful if there were an actual error message we could look at it.

Since you’ve identified sidekick as the conflict, can you reproduce that issue (regardless of environment). There has to be an error message somewhere, try enabling WP_DEBUG and checking the logs.

    Thanks,

    Hey Projete,

Going to mark this as resolved for the moment as I haven’t heard back from you in a week.

Please feel free to reopen the thread if you still need assistance or can provide the information I asked for in my last response.

    Take care,
