[Plugin: qtranslate-x] French é is errorneous shown in date

    I am using qtranslate-x for helferkreis-lenzkirch.de. There is a tiny bug: february 16, 2016 is translated into 16 f?vrier 2016. It should be 16 février 2016.

    The french fr_FR.po has a correct février, evrything I can think is UTF8. Therefore I donot understand the error.

    Edit: I start to wonder whether this wrong date format is due to qtranslate-x or the french language pack in WP.
