Why vendor order detail styling is so odd?

Thanks for the feedback Maha Dev. The order details page has been kept unchanged as it is one of the inner pages and carried relevant details about a particular order but I do agree that this page demands attention. Would attend in the next to next update itself.

try it and you understand. i have tested with many themes, all showing the same.

Not sure what’s wrong in your setup because I have 5+ demo sites setup using Storefront theme and at the very least none of them shows misalignment issues in desktop view. Mobile one definitely needs some improvement and we should have it fixed within next 48-72 hours itself. I am sharing 3 of the demo sites for your refernce-

I presume that you have take a look at my storefront misalignment issues.

Even i deactivated all the plugins. it still look the same. I don’t know why.

Maybe after you adjust your mobile responsive codes will help in desktop view too.

You may test my sites again after you adjust your responsive codes.

Thanks Gordon, by any chance was there any changes in the Storefront theme by you or your designer because I can see that the issues in your site which aren’t showing on any of our installs. You have already confirmed that even after deactivating all other plugins, issues persist. So the only reason that I foresee is customization in the theme.

I have cleared all the browsers cache etc and do a retry on deactivating and activating the plugin 1 by 1 and i think i can found the cause.

i have downloaded the latest version Version 2.3.4 .

Have you try it yourself with mobile phone ?

I just tried and found the following issues In mobile mode using samsung note 3 phone :

– vendor shop page header is not responsive thus causing image overlapping etc.

– After you clicked the Announcement, we cant click on other functions and have to use browser back to previous page.

– In the shop settings , the Store slug field is too short….and the words “This field is required, you must fill……is not responsive too.

– After you clicked the product manager, the product page looks awful….alot of information are missing and not responsive…..only can see the product image,name and id field..

– for the vendor dashboard, the tables for sales and pending shipping is not responsive……thus only can see few fields…..

For desktop mode :
– the words “This field is required, you must fill……is still missing.

– the store slug field is also too short.

For both : the hide from users checkbox now missing…….

Thanks for testing the updated version of WC Marketplace 2.3.4. FYI, we already tested the plugin in the latest version for Android( 6.0.1) and Windows( 8.1) before going public. Still we went ahead with rigorous testing based on your feedback using a Wootheme- Storefront, screenshots have been attached for reference:

1. vendor shop page header is not responsive thus causing image overlapping etc.

>> We found the Vendor shop page header responsive with no image overlapping (screenshot link – https://goo.gl/RXeCQ9).

2. After you clicked the Announcement, we cant click on other functions and have to use browser back to previous page.

>> As per our testing we found all the functions(All, Read, Unread, Archive) under Announcement tab is working perfectly(screenshot link -https://goo.gl/0bjyTn)

3. In the shop settings , the Store slug field is too short….and the words “This field is required, you must fill……is not responsive too.

>> The store slug field is set as short because showing a box with breaks doesn’t make sense. Please check the slug field is short but you can view entire input by scrolling.

4. After you clicked the product manager, the product page looks awful….alot of information are missing and not responsive…..only can see the product image, name and id field.

>> I would like to inform that the plugin has anything to do with it as this is what provided by the WordPress itself.

>> FYI, this is the thumb rule that when it’s about responsive, all the fields are not bound to show off, only required fields need to display to make the tables fit in the mobile device.

Please note: We have tested these point on mobile using different browsers like Chrome, UC, Mozilla Firefox

Coming to the desktop mode,
1. the words “This field is required, you must fill……is still missing.
>> The sentence “This field is required, you must fill” is visible.

2. the store slug field is also too short.
>> As informed we have designed it short

For both : the hide from users checkbox now missing…….

Gordon, please don’t take it otherwise but if you keep testing the plugin using themes/plugins which are not at par with WooCommerce standards, your feedback might misdirect other community users. Of course, it makes things much more difficult to support team too.

Just FYI. i using woocommerce compatible theme. Maybe not 100% compatible…..

For item 2, what i mean is the other function like vendor dashboard overview,store setting etc unable to click when we are in the announcement tab.

For item 4, it is ok in the previous version…..since u say is nothing to do with the plugin ….then is ok , i will check for solution on that.
