    Hi,

I have checked the issue on our staging but I am not able to replicate it. The same issue never raised by our customer.

Can you kindly follow the below steps to help identify the conflicting plugin?

    1. Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the Woocommerce Abandoned Cart Lite plugin.
    2. Please check if the issue is fixed.
    3. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see with which plugin is conflicting with our plugin.
    4. If not, then can you please set the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue.

Please let me know the results. In case, if the above does not help then Can you please create on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com with admin details of your site? So I can check the issue.

the searchform was right in the header section and now as you see it’s over the login form next to the store logo and when th page loads it appears dead left at the header section when the logo appears then it moves. And I disabled the woocommerce abandoned cart plugin and it didn’t come back to its place. As for the default theme restoration it didn’t work. I tried to fix it from the layout.css but it doesn’t show if any changes were made.

    Hi Zhta,

Thank you for your detail reply.

As you have mentioned that it did not solve the issue by deactivating Abandoned Cart Lite plugin, So it means that the issue is not from Abandoned Cart Lite plugin.

It would be great if you can follow the below steps to identify the conflicting plugin.

Please let me know the result.

Please let me know if you have any further queries.
