Add Cache Control headers for uploaded blobs

It would be great to be able to specify a default Cache-Control header on uploaded media files to improve performance and browser caching.
I added a setting field to do this, and am attaching the diff against the current version 3.0.0.
windows-azure-storage_headers_3.0.0.diff
Would it be possible consider this for future inclusion?
