changing url of attachment page

  • When adding images to posts and adding link to the attachment page, the URL will be like:
    https://example.com/category/post_id/image-title
    (My permalink settings is /%category%/%post_id%)

    I want the attachment page URL to be like:
    https://example.com/images/1234(attachment_id)

    Please help me set a functions code.
