Order Notification is not showing on the woocommerce dashboard.

I am using woocommerce and for payment I am using a custom plugin.
but when a new order is occure, the order notification is not showing on the woocommerce order tab. it only shows when the payment is made by cash on delivery.Here is a screenshot.
