• I tried Siteground last week. They completely screwed up the transfer. As a result, my website was down for 4 days, I lost business and traffic, and I spent 8 hours with them yesterday trying to figure out what went wrong. Then one rep (out of 10) finally admitted that they did not transfer the theme files or plugins.

I was using the Gleam theme and everything on my end went well. I waited for propagation to complete, and of course, it never did. They just never did the install correct in the first place.

Has anyone else had a problem like this? Can you recommend a better host?
Any insight into this is appreciated.

I now have to start over from scratch (grrrr!).

    Thanks for your help.
