ALT Tags Only Show if in WP Gallery

    The only Lightbox script that will show the ALT tags is if I use “prettyPhoto”. I would like to use “SwipeBox” because it works so well on mobile.

    Found the answer and am posting in hopes of helping others:

    When you use SwipeBox script, the caption displayed in a lightbox is taken from the title attribute of the LINK, not the image. If you use prettyPhoto it is take from the image, not the link.

    I moved my title tag within the tag and it works.
