    Chrome is also not displaying the grey bar underneath the header where the page title sits inside, yet other browsers do; I really hope you have something in mind..

    im going to be honest, all these problems persist when I am logged into the wordpress admin account; however resolve once I log out of the admin panel. Whew!

    Sorry to hear about the hassle and thanks for the updates. Seeing a different site version logged in vs logged out can sometimes be due to caching. If you’re running a caching plugin, try clearing its cache.
