Custom product – many colors

I am making bracelets in string on my webshop. The bracelets consists of 3 different strings, and each string is available in 40 different colors. There is also 4 different locks to choose from, with different prices.
And 10 different pendants to choose from, also different prices each one.

I am using WordPress and WooCommerce to administrate my pages and products.

That means that if i create attribute and variations to all string colors, locks and pendants, i get 2,560,000 different variations, for each product.
And since they have different locks and pendants, i have to manually write in price for all products. Neither i or WooCommerce can handle that.
All string colors are same price, but locks and pendants have different prices.

Are there any good way to handle this? I have these attributes/variations:
Color 1 (40 different)
Color 2 (40 different)
Color 3 (40 different)
Lock (4 different, different prices)
Pendant (10 different, different prices)

Does anyone know of any good plugins that i could use for this? Or a better way that WooCommerce can handle it?
