    Hi there.

Once installed and activated, a tab called ‘Live Chat’ should be displayed in your menu.

Please note that only the superadmin to your site will have access to this page (IE, the first user ever created on your site).

Should you wish to make other users on your site an agent, you can do so with the Multiple Agents Extension

    Hi All
I’ve just realized this could be quite annoying in some instances when you are not the superadmin. I’ll come up with a solution for this as soon as possible!

I presumed it should, but it is not there. I am the only admin, it is my site.

I installed this plugin for the first time tonight, and ran into the same problem. I tried logging in as the “superadmin” (which I assume is the user with an ID of 1), but no luck.

Because several users have reported this issue in the last few hours, I suspected there might be a newly created bug, so I tried downgrading to the previous version (6.0.03), and the problem went away.

    I spoke too soon.

Although it worked on my test site, it is not working on my live site. This is very odd

    Hi Salvador21.

Just to confirm, does the user role on your live site have admin privileges as well?

Zwilla, I’ve visited your site and it won’t load on my side. Is our plugin activated at the moment?

I’ve installed the latest version on a wordpress site running the latest version of wordpress, I am an admin and seeing no ‘live chat’ menu appear. Had to remove the plugin, as it appears on the customer facing site, but I have no way to administer it.
