Tooltip styling

I consider buying the Pro version of this plug-in. One question:

Is it possible to style the tooltips when a term is cross-linked in a post or page? Or does it use the title attribute for the tooltip only?

I couldn’t find any demo page, where the cross-linked terms are with tooltips are shown.
