[Resolved] Plugin causing blank change password page

I found this slider plugin was causing the change password page to be completely blank when my users were attempting to use the “lost Password” function. This bug seems to only effect sites using Woocommerce.
My friend has kindly fixed this for me, and has posted the solution on how to fix it on his blog. Don’t forget to say thanks to him for doing this!

For those reading this, unfortunately there is no more support for the free or pro version of this awesome plugin. But it still works fine on my sites.
