BUG – Share Counts not working for posts with Greek Titles

Hi,
I have enabled the random shares number in mashshare options and it works fine for English Titled Posts on my tests.
The problem is with Greek (and probably other non-latin character languages)
As the title says, if you create a new post with a Greek title, the share count is always zero.
The bug occurs even if you change the permalink of the post to English before or after you make a new post.
To repeat and check for the bug try any of these 2 scenarios:
1) Make a new post with title “Τ?στ” (thats test in Greek) and permalink as https://www.yoursite.com/τεστ, share counter will show 0 share counts no matter what you do.
2) Make a new post with title “Τ?στ” and permalink as https://www.yoursite.com/test, it will still show 0 share counts, same as before.
