    Hello,

    My wordpress theme is not displaying anymore after using the Customize button to quick-edit the header and spacing of my front page. (round blue button on the bottom right corner of the front page).

    I have reinstalled WP, deactivated/activated the plugins, tried on different browser and devices.

    I am using WordPress 4.4.2, running Evolutive theme. It has been very unstable lately, with some links and button being unresponsive (Add media, edit visibility). To fix this I FTP’ed to the file and inserted > define’CONCATENATE_SCRIPT’, false);
    Since then I often had to refresh the page for WordPress to work properly.

    Site is https://www.lysemartel.com/

    Could you please advise?

    Thank you very much in advance for any tip.
    Lyse

    – Your currently used theme is not in the www.ads-software.com/themes/ directory: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/search/Evolutive/

    – These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at www.ads-software.com/themes/. So please go to your theme’s official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best. Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way. Thank you for your reply, Tara.
    I will install and customize a WordPress theme. This should fix many of the issues.

    and customize a WordPress theme

    But be aware that your customizations will be over-written the next time you upgrade. For this reason, consider creating a Child Theme for your customizations and/or use Custom CSS Manager plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/custom-css-manager-plugin/ and add the code there.
