    Hi guys,
This is a great slider plugin. I’m having one problem though.
How can I make the font smaller for tablet and mobile devices? It’s fine on a desktop but the text is cropped off screen on smaller devices.
How can I change the size only for tablet and mobile?
    Thank you.
    Chris

    Hi,

There is a size modifier option at the Slide configuration area to adjust the font sizes for each view, just select a layer on the slide editor screen take a look at the quick access bar right above the slide configuration area (where you can move your layers around): https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/444-interface-slide-configuration-area#size
so you can use this option when you switch to that device where you would like to change the font sizes: https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/444-interface-slide-configuration-area#device
Based on my experience, for tablets 120-140% is good enough, and for mobiles 140-160% will do fine, so you could start with these values.

You are also free to modify the layers position one each device to have them aligned better.

You can also try to set the layer tab -> size: Height or Width to “auto”, so if the font would be larger than the layer, the layer could resize to make the text fit in.

Also, I find it possible that your theme is overriding the font sizes you set, so if you wouldn’t get the expected result on mobile, you could use your Chrome browser to emulate a mobile device, and then you could check out this documentation: https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/318-chrome#css
to find which code is affecting to the font sizes.
If you wouldn’t be able to find this code and you would like me to take a look at your site and help you find it, please send me an e-mail to [email protected] with a link to your site, and please refer to this topic!
