cannot complete instalation,install.php gets a redirection error

    I set all the database parameters and successfully proceed, but then it shows an error:

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    It says something about cookies but it is not that, it has problem with server configuration
    HELP!

    Have you did anything with the .htaccess file? Is it a fresh server?

    @djurisko can you share a little more about your server information? Are you on a dedicated server, managed, using GoDaddy or Bluehost, etc.? Any information, including your address, would be great to have.

    I fixed it, it’s htaccess

    There is several sites on that hosting and one of them is in the root folder, so this new is in subfolder and gets involved by roots htaccess
