Footer Putter's plugin compatibility with WP 4.4.2

    Greetings:

    I am wondering if WP 4.4.2 users are having any incompatibility issues with Footer Putter 1.14.1. The maker’s site says it is compatible with WP 4.3.3.

    That’s too bad, given Footer Putter’s last update to its plugin was Aug. 2015.

    I’d sure like to hear from anyone with experience with these versions combinations.

    I resolved this with a function that writes not only to the sidebar but also to the footer. The code is in my list of favorites.
