Adding images/projects to a portfolio

I just purchased the multi site Portfolio Gallery. I created a Gallery using the Blocks Toggle up/down. The gallery has 4 images. I will need to add many other images over time, not all at once. I am unable to even add even one more image to the portfolio that is there now. I am using the button in the upper right – where it says “Add project/image.” Each time I do that it goes to a blank page in my wordpress site and it says “Sorry No Such Page.” Also the vertical images are all squished up – some of the images are vertical and some horizontal. I can try another layout – but I still need to figure out how to add images to existing portfolios. Thank you for your help.
