Custom Users Order Plugin Not Working For Me

    oh i found them, but they are small! and in duplicate at the bottom of my page. and sorted by the username. how can i sort it so it’s by the whole name, first and last?

    I’m using Realto theme and this page is made under the Agents template, where the theme pulls the agents from the users section in wordpress.
