Display active Category on top?

    That is not possible the way the plugin is designed.

    However, there are no limits to what Javascript and CSS can do to HTML lists. So you may want to roll your own CSS and Javascript to style the active category according to your needs.

    Note that I am unable to provide any hints as to how to go about doing the styling with CSS/Javascript and neither will I be adding this as a feature.
