    Why don’t you guys allow the cookie expiry field to be set to zero. Now that I see the popup and try to make some changes until I look again tomorrow. Or make a function to disable cookies until I’m done setting it up. If you say just change the cookie version, that’s not a good way either. That way I have to store all the visits to my site that were created while I was setting it up and changing the styles.

    If you want to view the notification bar while you’re testing your site, you can reset the cookie on your machine without changing the version number. Just add ?cookie=delete to the end of the URL, e.g.:

    https://cookieconsent.catapultthemes.com/?cookie=delete
