    Version 1.9.0 was released this morning and includes enhancements that should address the speed issues for most users.

    Please do let me know if you have any other concerns, for the time being I’ll mark this thread as resolved via 1.9.0

    I’m using WordPress 4.5.1 and installed String Locator 2.0… didn’t work at all, I got stuck in ‘preparing search’ but nothing happened.

    I found this topic and the link that yitwail posted, now I installed the 1.7 version and works AWESOME!

    Thanks for this fantastic plugin… but only the 1.7 version since 1.9 and 2.0 don’t work at all.
