    Hi,
    I love the Olsen Light theme and I would like to kindly ask you for help with the comments section which covers the bottom menu on the page.

    While using Disqus plugin, the bottom menu doesn’t slide down and the menu section is on top of the comments section (link to the PrtSc below).

    Refreshing the website doesn’t give any better results. I’ve deactivated Disqus plugin and checked it with preinstalled comments section and when I extended the txt field the problem also appears. I’ve also checked it on the demo and it is exactly the same (printscreen below):

    Is there any way to change it so the menu always sticks to the bottom of the page without covering comments? I use Disqus on my two other websites (with different themes) and it works perfectly.

    Thank you very much in advance for your help,
    Ela

  • Hello there, sorry for the delay.

    I’ll need you to try a patch and let me know if it helps.
    Install and activate this plugin then go to “Add Custom CSS” on your dashboard and paste this

    .sidebar {
        height: auto;
    }

    in the box, save and check the site again.

    Hi,
    thank you for the answer.
    I’ve tried it, but still doesn’t work ??
    What I noticed, though, is that while clicking F12 on the single post (I’ve tried to look for any hint to fix it), the theme menu goes to the bottom of the page and the whole Disqus box fits in the single post area, just under the post, as it should be. But after turning off the ‘F12 mode’ and clicking F5, it goes back to ‘normal’ – when menu and Disqus comments are one on another one…

    Thanks,
    e

    Is there a link to the site?

    hi,
    yes, the website is winebloggingtips com – it’s under construction, but it will be visible ?? I have uninstalled and installed everything again, but still the bottom menu and comments area are on top of each other…

    I will be very grateful for help as I love your theme and I use the Disqus for my comments on all of my websites and it could be great to have it all working properly ??

    Have a nice evening and thanks in advance!

    Can you please try adding this

    #site-content > .row > .col-md-8 {
        height: auto !important;
    }

    in the custom CSS box instead?
