Same here! Very annoying bug

The problem is in the minified script: avatar-manager.min.js

If you copy the contents of: avatar-manager.js into avatar-manager.min.js, the problem is resolved

First of all, great plugin… but I still can’t get this to work. I can choose a image from my library, but when I click set avatar, the windows closes and nothing is change. using v1.6.1.

Tested it on a fresh install of WordPress 4.5 and it works as expected. Also several users reported it working. Do you see any errors in the console or have some steps to reproduce the issue? Or I can take a look at your website if you provide a link and temporary access.
