All pages Redirects To homepage

    Hello
    i use polylang 1.8.2 without lingotek or any other add on.

    at first its better to describe whats my wp’s settings !
    permalinks in WP Setting is set to /%postname%/
    and in this image you can see my setting of poly lang URL modifications

    now , all of my pages redirects to homepage url
    its very strange for me that posts works fine with any permalinks in any language ! but pages not work!

    Hi!

    Thank you for your clear report which helped me to reproduce the bug. I uploaded a new development version (1.8.2.1) which should fix the issue:
    https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/polylang.zip
    Please test it and confirm if it solves the bug for you too.

    Meanwhile I reverted the stable version to 1.8.1 to stop users to upgrade. I also marked this topic as sticky.

    Same problem, how should I proceed?
    Uninstall the 1.8.2 version, delete the files and install the 1.8.2.1?

    Download the zip on your computer. Uncompress it.
    Using your favorite FTP client, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/polylang and upload the files that you just uncompressed.

    It’s ok for me.
    I have a another problem.
    The eShop links in English and Spanish are broken. When someone wants to buy, he must click again to every language on the logo to stay in his language.
    Eg : https://www.rossignol-studio.fr/en/mes-song/cett-small-rabble/
    there is good but after when I click on shopping cart
    https://www.rossignol-studio.fr/fr/shopping-cart/
    It’s not good, is French and so on until the end of the purchase process.

    In your development edition (1.8.2.1) , This bug is fixed with the same configuration that i said in my first post !

    We wait for amazing updates from you ..thank you again !

    i faced the same issue till i tired from solving it so i deactivated the plugin and tried other plugins but all of them weren’t awsome like polylang
    lastlely i gave up and tried to delete polylang and reinstall it
    and all things return well
    so congrateulation the solution is to reinstall the plugin
    all the best

    If you read the previous posts in this topic , you could see whats happened today !
    The plugin updated to 1.8.2 and after some bug reports , It downgrade to 1.8.1 again on WordPress Plugins Center ;
    This is the reason why your problem is resolved now ??
    Another update is coming soon with 1.8.2 new features and no bug !

    I have the same problem and I am glad that a solution has been found. Except that for me, I do not know how to transfer files and would like to know when an official update version 1.8.2.1 will be available so that I can click on it and correct the problem. Is it going to be available soon or later, like in one month? Thanks

    You won’t have to wait for one month. I just released v1.8.3, available for automatic updates.

    I have this problem and I’m on polylang 2.1.
