The base version is free. You can use the free version as long as you desire. There is no limitation.

There are a great number of premium features. You can try any or all of the premium features for 30 days. The cost of the premium features start at around $3 per month and vary depending upon what options you choose.

The complete information is available here:

    https://www.connectdaily.com/features/

Regardless of whether you use the basic version or the premium version, there is only one plugin.

Thank you, but still a little fuzzy. I downloaded the plugin activated and created a calendar, received an email saying ” Connect Daily Hosted Trial Instructions”.

I am using basic only features? is this really a trail? how to I continue after the Trail? how long is the Trail? how do I know that I am using only basic features?

Thanks for pointing out the Email issue. I’ll make some changes to it.

If you login, and from the Home page, select Feature Manager, it will show any selected features that are being used. You can also use this screen to select any set of features and trial or purchase them.

Just to clarify, the “Trial Days Remaining” box at the bottom shows how many days you have left to trial features. Unless you have some features selected, you’re using the basic version.

If you login to WordPress and use the Connect Daily login link, it should work now. Also, the change password feature should work correctly as well.

We had a bit of an inconsistency if the WordPress user name was an Email address. I’ve fixed it. If you continue to have problems, please let me know. I appreciate your patience.

Out of the Blue (I think I was not the reason) I am getting and error and the widget is not showing any calendar events.

the error is: An error happened retrieving data from the calendar URL. The error was:403 – Access Denied. This is usually caused by an invalid user name or password, or anonymous access is disabled and you are not supplying a username/password.The URL was:https://oldcolonybeach.mhsoftware.com/json/text.js

It appears that your username/password in the Connect Daily Settings screen of WordPress are incorrect.

If you blank out the username/password in the settings screen and save changes, does the plugin display events as expected?

If so, go to the calendar login screen, and use the mail password feature to reset your password. After you reset the password in Connect Daily, go to WordPress and enter the Username/Password if you want. You only have to have the calendar username and password in WordPress if you want to enable single-signon login, or if you want to display calendars that are not publicly visible.

Still not working. Spaced out Id and password, widget did not display any events only the title. Reset password on the calendar, still not working. On setting in dashboard still showing id and password optional.

Please go to the settings page and save changes. I’ve put some logging code that will point me to the issue once you do this.

I have done that (above) and it does not save the changes. I enter ID and Pass, hit save, reverts back to Optimal (spaces out ID and Pass).

I click Login and it goes to https://oldcolonybeach.mhsoftware.com/login.html, asking for ID and Password, I enter ID and Pass, tells me invalid, I click reset my password, sends email. I reset password and go into the calendar. try it form Dashboard and above starts all over again.

If there is a better way to communicate with you, please send info. I am happy to help with whatever you need.
