    In update to that I have also noticed that I cant update any pages either.

    Don’t seems to be an issue on WooCommerce.
    Try to deactivate all your plugins, each one at time and testing to find what is causing it.

    Thank you, I have deactivated all plugins and slowly reactived the plugins I need. It has now worked. I am unsure of what plugin was causing the issue.

    Maybe better to try again, to be sure what plugin did it, so you can contact the author. Good check if you are able to save pages and posts descriptions too.
