No e-mail received when Contact Agent is used

    I tried to test the Contact Agent function to see if I’ll receive an e-mail. I provided all info and was prompted with “Information sent to agent.” after clicking the Send button. Few minutes in and still no e-mail in my inbox (or spam). Why didn’t I receive any e-mail?

    PS: I temporarily disabled all my other plugins and used another theme to make Contact Agent work.

    I should’ve googled about this before asking. There’s a similar thread about this a year ago: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/contact-agent-form-1?replies=8

    I didn’t receive any e-mail because:

    WPL use WordPress email of agent for sending notification.

    I thought the e-mail would be sent to the e-mail address of the user in WPL. I changed the WP e-mail address of the account I’m using to my e-mail address in WPL. I tested again and received an e-mail.
