Insert image, set featured image not longer working

    Hello, suddenly i am not able to insert image into my post nor set featured image, even when i try to change my post format from ‘visual’ to ‘text’ it doesn’t work,note- it used to function properly before now. i need help with this please. will be waiting for your responses. thanks.

    I met the same problem in the past few days when I use Chrome in my MacBook, but Safari works well.

    Have you try another web browser?
