Javascript error after upgrade to 1.9.4

hello,
I’ve recently upgraded the plugin to 1.9.4 and now a javascript error appears.

At first I thought it was a problem with W3T’s JS minification, but the problem persists after I disabled W3T altogether.
The error is in the js code generated by portfolio_front_end_view.php, line 2901, but everything look ok in the source code.
When this file is rendered into html, a </script> tag is added before </div> and it breaks everything.
I’m totally stuck and confused, so I hope someone can give me a hint.
